CIRCUTOR, S.A.U. (hereinafter "CIRCUTOR") is the owner of the web platform https://myebox.es. The platform is dedicated to providing services to the users of the MYeBOX^® analyzers and other CIRCUTOR devices.

The platform allows users to send the data recorded with MYeBOX^® analyzers. It also contains the latest firmware version to automatically update the devices.

No commercial transactions are carried out on the Website, and the services that CIRCUTOR provides through the Website are free, unless otherwise specified for any of them.

CIRCUTOR S.A.U. is headquartered at Vial Sant Jordi, s/n 08232 - Viladecavalls (Barcelona).

2. CONDITIONS OF USE

The use of the Website implies the user's unconditional acceptance of each and every one of the conditions of use contained in this Legal Notice. If you do not agree with any of the conditions of use of this Legal Notice, you must not use the Website.

• The user is responsible for any activity carried out with their username and for any data sent by them to the platform https://myebox.es.
• The user is responsible for the legal use of MYeBOX^®.
• The user is responsible for sending files free from viruses or malicious software to www.myebox.es. If a virus is sent to the tool, or if it is used fraudulently, CIRCUTOR reserves the right to deregister the user and permanently delete their files.
• CIRCUTOR is not responsible for misinterpreting the data sent to the https://myebox.es platform or for the faulty recording of said data.
• CIRCUTOR is not liable to you or third parties for any damage resulting from the loss of data, and recommends that you always keep a copy of the information sent to https://myebox.es.
• The user is responsible for keeping the original files and any backup copies that they deem appropriate, of the readings recorded that remain the internal memory of the analyzers.
• CIRCUTOR takes no responsibility for maintaining the data sent to https://myebox.es, since it allows the data recorded to be sent as often as the user deems it necessary.

3. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

In compliance with the provisions of articles 20 to 25 of Organic Law 7/2021 of 26 May on Personal Data Protection (LOPD), CIRCUTOR informs you that any personal data provided to CIRCUTOR by the user, either through the website or through any other means, will be entered into a file owned by CIRCUTOR, which guarantees the security and confidentiality of such data.

The controller of this file is CIRCUTOR, with registered office at Vial Sant Jordi, s/n, Código Postal 08232, Viladecavalls (Barcelona). The User may exercise their rights of objection, access, rectification and erasure involving their data, as specified in the articles mentioned above on the general rules of the LOPD, by sending an email to comunicacion@circutor.com.

CIRCUTOR collects users' personal data in order to provide the services offered on the Website, to create user profiles with the aim of improving and customizing the services, and for commercial, advertising and training purposes. If the data collected were to be used for purposes other than those described above, CIRCUTOR will request the user's express written consent. If you disagree with the processing, you also have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
